I had a fantastic stay in this hotel! The location was spot on - right across from a huge mall and just outside the subway station. Cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were impressive. Parking was convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast spread was delicious and had a great variety. this hotel was well-located and had excellent amenities.

The city view from my room was fantastic, giving me a great view of the surrounding area. The hotel also had a nice gym with weight equipment and treadmills. The staff was very helpful, especially when I experienced issues with my key card. the facilities were top-notch and the location was perfect for both business and leisure travelers.

I recently stayed at a hotel that was conveniently located near a major intersection and the subway, making it easy for me to get around the area. Great location in the heart of Gangnam, with easy access to public transport and a nearby shopping mall. the optional breakfast had a wide variety of choices to suit different palates and cultures. the bar served decent meal options until 9pm, which was a plus compared to other hotels visited during our tour.

Lack of helpfulness and proper training from the staff. Limited operating hours for the on-site cafe, making it difficult to find dinner options.
